What insurances do you accept?
We accept most major commercial insurance plans including Medicaid (Mass Health). Please see the list below for specific plans we currently accept. If you do not see your insurance listed, we encourage you to reach out to discuss your options.
Coverage and out-of-pocket costs can vary depending on your specific plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to better understand your benefits, including your deductible, copay, and any other financial responsibilities. While we’re happy to help guide you, it is ultimately your responsibility to verify and understand your coverage.

How are copays collected?
Currently, copays are collected after your insurance claim has been processed and an explanation of benefits (EOB) has been received. At that time, you will receive a secure payment request.
What are your fees if I’m not using insurance?
If you are not using insurance, please reach out to discuss current self-pay rates and options. We’re happy to talk through what might work best for your situation.
Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing you to access care from the comfort of your home. This can be especially helpful during busy or transitional periods of life.
Do you only support individuals in Massachusetts?
No. I am licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, and am in the process of obtaining licensure in Rhode Island. While I am not credentialed with all insurance plans in every state, some plans do allow for cross-state coverage. If you’re located outside of Massachusetts, please reach out to learn more about your options.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes. After you reach out—whether by completing the contact form or calling—we’ll connect for a brief 15–20 minute conversation. This time is used to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and help determine the best next steps.
How do I schedule an appointment?
You can get started by filling out the contact form, which will be sent directly to our team for follow-up. You’re also welcome to call to schedule an appointment.
We understand that finding support can feel difficult and time-consuming, and we strive to respond as quickly as possible. With the exception of weekends, holidays, and planned time away, you can expect a response within 24–48 hours of your inquiry.
What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
Regular attendance is an important part of the therapy process and supports meaningful progress. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments.
Missed sessions or late cancellations are not billable to insurance and are the responsibility of the client. A $75 late cancellation/no-show fee will be issued via a secure payment request and is expected to be paid prior to the next scheduled session.
What is the best way to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule—especially with short notice—please call and text your therapist. When possible, include a few alternative times you’re available to reschedule. This helps minimize back-and-forth communication and allows us to get you rebooked more quickly.
